Where do I find the price list?

We do not have a price list. Our best offers are always available and up to date on our website and our staff will be happy to reply to your requests for further details. As soon as you decide the dates of your stay, book at once, because the cheapest rates are those for early bookings!

How can I book?

The booking procedure varies depending on the type of package chosen.

 

Some packages require “payment in advance” with no refund, others require a credit card guarantee and can be cancelled until 48 hours before the arrival date, while other types require a down payment by bank transfer or by means of credit card details

 

In all cases, the type of procedure will be specified during the booking process.

 

Bank Details
As an alternative to providing credit card details as a guarantee, you can confirm your booking by sending a down payment by non-transferable cheque (credit account or banker’s cheque) or by bank transfer to the following coordinates:

Payment Terms
On your departure, you will be able to pay for your stay by the means of payment most convenient to you: in cash, by current account or banker’s cheque or using any credit card or debit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express circuits).

What are your policies regarding cancellations?

Please note that our cancellation policy also varies depending on the type of booking.

For B&B bookings with cancellation permitted up to 48 hours before the arrival date, there is no penalty for cancellation. Once the 48 hour deadline has passed (regardless of the reason for cancellation) the entire amount of the stay booked will be charged.

For booking types (holidays, packages, etc.) where a down payment is requested, cancellation is not possible. The date of the stay can however be changed (the rate, room, etc. will remain the same).

What are your policies regarding early departures?

In the event of early departure (regardless of reason, including illness) before the departure date agreed, the agreed cost of the stay will be charged.

Are pets allowed?

Your small 4-legged friends are welcome in our rooms (except for the spa suites) provided they are well trained and love being petted. Please bring a litter tray with you and take care to ensure that they do not disturb other guests or cause any damage. They are not allowed into the restaurant. Any damage will be charged to your account. A supplement of €10.00 per pet per day is applied.

What are the Check-In/Check-out times?

On the day of your arrival, your room will be ready for you from 1 pm approx. On the day you leave, it must be vacated by 10 am. The late check-out service can be added subject to availability and payment of the relative supplement.
